Avagaṇḍa (-kāraka)

adjective “making a swelling”, i.e. puffing out the cheeks, stuffing the cheeks full (when eating); only nt. -ṃ as adv. after the manner or in the way of stuffing etc. Vin.ii.214; Vin.iv.196.
